Free Fade Audit
For independent gyms & studios

Your members don't cancel.
They fade. We catch them mid-fade.

We watch your check-in data, flag the members going quiet weeks before they quit, and win them back in your voice — then hand you a monthly receipt of the revenue you kept.

Send one anonymized check-in export. Get your at-risk list back within 48 hours. No card, no call required.

The cancellation email is the last step, not the first

By the time someone emails you to quit, they decided 60 days ago. The decision shows up in your check-in data long before it shows up in your inbox — as a slow fade almost nobody is watching.

The fade curve. Visits drop before membership does. Weeks 5–7 are where a text still works — and where nobody is looking.

Weeks 1–4Coming 3x a week. Everything looks fine.
Weeks 5–7Down to once a week. This is the moment.
Weeks 8–11Gone entirely. Still paying, already gone.
Week 12"Hey, I need to cancel my membership."

How it works — you send one file

Works with any system that exports a CSV: Mindbody, Zen Planner, PushPress, Wodify, Glofox, or the door-fob log.

1

You export check-ins

One file, once a week, emailed to audits@themembersaver.com. We'll set the export up with you the first time — it's about four clicks.

2

We flag the faders

We run the fade rules over your attendance history and rank who's slipping — including how long the window's been open on each one.

3

They get a message in your voice

Personal, specific, and from you — not a newsletter. Pause-instead-of-cancel, a check-in from their coach, a return offer. You approve the two you want to use.

4

You get a receipt

A monthly report with the number that matters: members saved, and the dollars they represent. Measured against a holdout group, so it's a real number.

📋 Your monthly report looks like this

At-risk members flagged50
Contacted (80%)40 → 14 returned (35%)
Held back as control (20%)10 → 1 returned (10%)
Attributable saves≈ 10 members
Monthly revenue retained$1,200

We hold back a random fifth of your at-risk list and message nobody in it. The difference between the two groups is what we actually did — not what we'd like to claim we did.

🔒 Don't send us your members' names. We don't want them.

The free audit runs on three columns: a member ID, a join date, and visit dates. No names, no phone numbers, no emails. The fade analysis doesn't need them — and you shouldn't be emailing member contact details to a stranger. (If you become a client, we sign a one-page data agreement before any contact info changes hands, and we delete it when you leave.)

Priced against a member and a half

The average member is worth around $120 a month and stays about 20 months. Saving five of them protects roughly $12,000 in lifetime revenue.

🛡 The 5-Save Guarantee: if we don't produce 5 saves in your first 60 days, you don't pay again until we do. A "save" is written into the agreement: a flagged member who was messaged and came back for at least 4 visits within 30 days — net of the holdout group's return rate. No fuzzy math.

Free Fade Audit

Send one anonymized check-in export. Within 48 hours you'll get your at-risk list, ranked, with the fade curve explained. No cost, no card, and you keep the list whatever you decide.

We'll reply with exactly which three columns to export. Takes you about four clicks.

Fair questions

Doesn't my gym software already do this?

Most platforms can show you a report if you go looking for it. None of them read it for you, decide who's actually fading versus on vacation, write the message, send it, and prove what it recovered. That's the difference between a feature you never open and someone doing the work.

What exactly counts as a "save"?

A flagged member who was messaged and returned for at least 4 visits within 30 days — minus the rate at which the untouched holdout group came back on their own. That subtraction is the honest part: it strips out the people who were coming back anyway.

Will this feel spammy to my members?

The opposite — it's the most personal message they'll get from you. One person, one note, referencing that you noticed they haven't been in. And the highest-performing offer isn't a discount, it's "pause instead of cancel," which saves the relationship rather than buying a month.

I'm not handing over my member data.

Good. Don't. The free audit needs member IDs, join dates, and visit dates — nothing that identifies a human being. Contact details only enter the picture if you hire us to actually send messages, and that comes with a one-page data agreement and deletion on termination.

My system can't export a CSV.

Almost all of them can, even the ancient ones — and we'll find it with you on a five-minute screen share. If yours genuinely can't, we'll tell you straight rather than sell you something that won't work.
